How can we improve Write Aid?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Auto-Save

    Auto-save feature during the article submission process.

    This will make it so the articles will be automatically saved as your writer writes them in case they accidentally close the page or anything else happens.

    If they re-open the submit box for that same article, they would be able to continue where they left off.

  2. Email Notifications

    Ability to send out email noticiations when:

    1) an article is assigned to a specific user
    2) an article is rejected
    3) new articles are added & available to be claimed

    What other email notifications would you like to be sent?

  3. Spellcheck

    How about adding in a Spellcheck in the Write/Submit field?

  4. Article Due Date

    The ability to enter in a due date for the articles would be great, so you know which ones need to be assigned first.

  5. Time Zone Settings

    It would be nice to have a different time zone setting which would then make the reports show correct numbers. Write now the daily articles written numbers are incorrect because of the time zone differences.
