How can we improve Write Aid?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to post to WP blogs

    the ability to post articles directly to WP blogs would be a huge benefit and should be a super hard thing to do - would make the system much more useful (its great so far!) but i know many would appreciate this...

  2. Articles Pool

    Ability to import/add and 'store' a list of articles that will be stored in an 'article pool'.

    These will not be view-able to writers, but you'll be able to make them available or assign them to specific writers at any time.

  3. Ability to rate writers and only let them write at their specific rated level.

    Example:

    1 Star = OK
    2 Star = Good
    3 Star = Excellent

    Then the system would only allow a writer with a writer level of 2 Stars to write articles for 1 Star and 2 Star settings.

    So, if you need a top notch article your crappy writers won't get them.

    Ability to filter submitted articles by domain.

    Feature to define keyword density for keywords when posting article AND to check keyword density when article is written.

  7. Test Account

    You should create a test account that potential customers can use to take a tour of the system. I signed up so I can take a look but I'll probably cancel before the month is over because I'm not ready to use it at this time. I'll definitely come back and sign up again but unfortunately I won't get much use out of my first month. A test account could have sidestepped the whole paypal process.

  9. Bar Graph / Actual Daily Article Post Count

    On the Dashboard Overview, it's nice to see the graph, but it's impossible to know the actual number of posts submitted for the day. you can just get some idea by the graph bar.

    It would be nice to have the actual number of submitted posts for the day, under the date (in real-time as you submit them).

    It makes for quick reading and accurate counting, without having to generate any reports.
