If you want to upgrade or downgrade your current plan, you should first signup for your new desired plan here:

After you have subscribed to your new plan, you'll now want to cancel your old one. Just visit the page below and click on the Cancel link for your old plan:

You'll then be asked to log into your Paypal account where it will locate your Write Aid subscription. Make sure to cancel the Active subscription for your old plan through Paypal.

Afterwards, you'll be all set! Your account should reflect your new plan immediately. Please note that your old plan will remain active until it reaches it's expiration date.
